• "Member" refers to any individual or business entity that has registered and maintains an active membership.
• "Content" refers to text, images, business information, referrals, offers, and other materials shared on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to the networking, referral tracking, matchmaking, event hosting, and other features available to Members.

2. Membership Eligibility

To become a Member, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Represent a legitimate business entity or be a sole proprietor with verifiable business activity.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information, including business verification (EIN, LLC, or Startup status).
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Link Up Society reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

3. Membership Tiers & Billing

• Membership is offered across multiple tiers: Starter, Professional, and Elite.
• Each tier provides access to specific features as outlined on our pricing page.
• Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Failure to pay will result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Member Conduct

All Members agree to:

• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
• Provide truthful information about their business and services.
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity.
• Not misuse referrals, introductions, or other networking features.
• Not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to their account.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

• All Platform content, branding, and technology are the property of Link Up Society.
• Members retain ownership of Content they submit but grant Link Up Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it within the Platform.
• Members may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without written permission.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Link Up Society, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Disclaimers

• Link Up Society does not guarantee business outcomes, referrals, or introductions.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for interactions, agreements, or disputes between Members.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link Up Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

• Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings.
• Link Up Society may terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, access to Member features will cease, and data may be deleted after a retention period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
