2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any membership fees paid to Link Up Society, including but not limited to yearly membership fees. We encourage our members to utilize the full range of benefits available throughout the duration of their membership.

3. Business Directory Public Access

As a member of Link Up Society, your business profile will be included in our Business Directory, which is accessible to the public. This exposure aims to enhance your visibility within the professional community and beyond. Please ensure that the information you provide for your business profile is accurate and you are authorized to share it. Link Up Society reserves the right to edit or remove content that violates our guidelines or standards.

4. Use of Services and Conduct

Members are expected to use Link Up Society services, including networking events, service discounts, and online platforms, in a manner that is respectful, professional, and in line with the purpose of our community. Any misuse of services, harassment, or conduct that negatively impacts other members or the community as a whole may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected during the registration process and thereafter will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
